What we collect on this website
- Pre-registration form: your name, phone number, nearest town, type of business and best time to call.
- Contact form: your name, phone number or email, and your message.
- Technical data: standard server logs (pages visited, browser type) used only to keep the site secure and working.
We deliberately do not collect national ID numbers, ID photos or next-of-kin details on this website. Those are handled on paper at the office under the Sacco's own procedures.
Why we collect it
- To have a field officer contact you about joining or answer your question.
- To route your enquiry to the office nearest you.
- To keep a record of your consent and our replies.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
- We do not send marketing messages unrelated to your enquiry.
- We do not publish member details on this website.
Who sees your information
Only authorised Sacco staff and the field officer assigned to your enquiry. Website enquiries are stored in a restricted administration area accessible to authorised staff only.
How long we keep it
Pre-registration and contact enquiries are kept while your enquiry is active and for a period afterwards set by the Sacco's retention policy, then deleted. If you become a member, your membership records are governed by the Sacco's constitution and the Co-operative Societies Act.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019 you may ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you,
- correct wrong or incomplete data,
- delete data we no longer need, or
- stop using your data where the law allows.

Consent
Every form on this site has an unticked consent box. We record the time and the exact wording you agreed to, so there is no doubt about what you consented to.
