The rules for using this website. These are about the site — membership itself is governed by the Sacco's constitution.

Information, not an offer
Loan amounts, fees, savings figures and office details on this site are for general information. They are not an offer of credit, and they can change. The binding terms are the ones in the membership and loan documents you sign at the office. Where a figure is marked "to be confirmed", it is awaiting the Sacco's signed schedule and should not be relied on until confirmed by a field officer.
Payments
Payments to the Sacco are made only through the M-Pesa Paybill number shown on this site. We will never ask you, on this website or anywhere else, to send money to a personal phone number. If someone does, do not pay and report it.
Your use of the site
- Do not use the forms to send false information or someone else's details.
- Do not attempt to access the staff administration area without authority.
- Content on this site — text and branding — belongs to Kebirigo Nabot Savings & Credit Co-operative Society Limited and may not be reused without permission.
Accuracy
We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free, and we may change or remove content at any time. The site may link to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and Google Maps — their own terms apply there.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Sacco is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on unconfirmed figures. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under Kenyan law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
